Many years of experience enables me to offer effective psychological treatment for a range of mental health difficulties, for example: anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment, emotion regulation, trauma and stress responses.
The focus is on personal growth, increased happiness and help in developing skills to manage distress.
A neutral safe space is provided, your concerns closely heard. Then a treatment plan developed recognising your strengths and where growth needs to occur.
The motivation for treatment is to decrease suffering and assist in increasing wellbeing, positive mental health and happiness. Enabling you to move forward to where you want to be in your life.
A goal of treatment may be to help learn skills to manage strong or distressing emotions, repetitive thoughts or behaviours that impact negatively on your well-being
